For the past 27 years, AVR Management has provided full service community association management that offers comprehensive support to homeowner associations in the Greater Houston Area. Our community association management team operates under the experienced leadership of Kathryn Ament. Together we have over 60 years of combined experience in the community association industry. We are members of the Community Associations Institute and attend educational seminars on a regular basis keeps us informed of the most recent developments in Community Association Law practices and case law, provides specific training for our staff and provides our clients with the service they expect.
We pride ourselves on our personalized, hands on approach and are dedicated to maintaining long term relationships with all of our 32 communities. We have had one association since 1988.
Services you contract from AVR Management are delivered in the most professional, accountable and responsive way. Our relations with community association boards are based on personal service, good communication and attention to detail. And you choose how many or few services you need.
We provide full management services to include accounting, billing and collection of maintenance fees, deed restriction enforcement, etc. and we would be more than happy to provide all or part of these services to you.
